NANNY, BABY SITTER AND AU PAIR PRE-VETTING
NANNY Investigations as well as BABY SITTER and AU PAIR Background Investigations have traditionally been contracted and undertaken by parents. The financial burden of conducting these investigations has primarily been met by parents followed by Referral agencies and then the line practitioner or Care giver themselves. Competent background investigations are time consuming, costly at times and awkward to the novice practitioner and client.
REGIUS is one of the first security companies that have embarked on a unique approach in “Pre-Vetted” Nanny investigations. Being at the at the forefront of this venture and working collaboratively within its community partners and affiliates in this venue including line practitioners (Nannies and Sitters), other Security firms who conduct Nanny investigations and major referral companies that provide Nanny and Sitter recommendations and pairings, we provide a recognized and verifiable symbol enabling our community’s constituents an easily “Vetted” Background validation mechanism.
How it Works:
As a line Care Practitioner (Nanny/Sitter/Au Pair)
An appropriate level of a background investigation is first chosen by the contracting client. Once completed for the individual and contingent upon the prospective child’s age, a unique recognized symbol is rendered and digitally provided to the practitioner that includes an individualized client reference number, our security company name, logo and phone number. The practitioner is also provided a “Release Form” allowing the investigating security company to release its findings when requested by the bearer of the release when confirmed as the prospective employer. That practitioner, who has been provided our unique symbol, is free to utilize and provide that symbol with any prospective employer indicating they have already been “VETTED”. The phone number on the symbol allows any prospective employer to contact us (or any appropriately licensed symbol holder) to confirm that a background investigation has been conducted. No records will be released to that prospective employer until authorized and presented with the proper Release form previously provided to that practitioner. Line practitioners may qualify for “extended” benefits in a year period with the “Nanny Vetted” service.
As a Participating Security Company
Under agreement with REGIUS you are free to utilize the Nanny “Vetted” symbol for all your appropriate Sitter and Nanny Background investigations in THIS venue. Once a Background Investigation has been completed issue the appropriate digital symbol attaching your unique reference, number, company name and or logo with phone number. Provide your investigated subject with your “Release Form” allowing release of your findings to any bearer confirmed as a prospective employer. In utilizing this symbol, please realize REGIUS makes the distinction between a Background “Investigation” and a “Screening”. An Investigation is a formal systematic inspection and methodical inquiry and examination or research to assess suitability for a particular use or purpose versus a Screening which is a superficial part of that process. Therefore, ensure that your investigation covers the basics including but not limited to a personal interview and importantly, validation and confirmation of references.
As a Referral Care Company
Under agreement with REGIUS and in collaboration with ANY security company that conducts competent Background Investigations you are free to utilize the Nanny “Vetted” symbol for all your referrals as prospective Nannies or Sitters once they have been appropriately vetted by a security company. In utilizing this symbol please realize REGIUS makes the distinction between a Background “Investigation” and a “Screening”.
